30 Bananas a Day!

I've been water fasting for the last 3 days and it has been an amazing physical, emotional, and spiritual experience :)

So far I have noticed more benefits than I have from anything else I have tried in my life...

The benefits include:

Increased mental clarity

better mood

A deeper connection to spiritual divinity

A better understanding of my purpose

Improved breathing

A lot of the inflammation in my body has been uplifted for the first time in 10 years (and I've been on a raw food diet for the last 4 years)

And I'm still in the intense detox stage, so I can't imagine how good I will feel once the fast is over :)

The first day was amazing because I accidentally locked my self in my back yard and was out there almost naked laying out in the sun all day.  It also happened to be the windiest day of the year, and it was a lot colder than normal.  There were instances where animals literally came up to me and starred at me for long periods of time.  What I learned from the experience is that in nature, there is an unconditional love and soul connection that all life has for one another.  And living on the conventional grid can make you loose connection to this love.  That is why now I know that my purpose is to get off the grid.  I want to live with nature, and travel to the grid to help other people, but my true home is with nature.  It wasn't until right before night fall that I figured out how to get back in...

I wish I could continue this fast until I reached that hunger point, which is usually what is considered the most ideal time, but I cannot since I have work tomorrow.  So what I may do is switch over to a juice fast for a while after...

Hey, thx!  Its good that you're going into it slowly, its better to go slowly because you learn so much at each step.  I've never done mono fruit for more than a day or so, I wonder how it compares to just eating 100% fruit?

Juice fasting is awesome, I have heard it takes 3 times longer to detox and heal on juice compared to water...  Either way you'll def see benefits!  Water fasting is more for those extreme heath problems that just can't be healed by anything else.  It really is natures best healing tool, better yet its THE best healing tool :)
