Daily Thoughts
It was one of those days... Running around all day. I missed my morning workout, and then never got to it later in the day. I was eating on the run and had trouble getting the calories in. My supplier didn't have the mangoes I ordered. Even though the predicted rain didn't come, I didn't make it into the garden. I got a sharp poke as I was re-potting my orange tree--it actually bled. Then I re-potted a banana tree only to discover an ant nest among the roots. Luckily, that plant is going to be outside for awhile. But have the ants taken up permanent residence? Oh dear! The buckwheat flatbread was a disaster--if the recipe says you need parchment paper, you really do need it. Too much work, too much salt, and I burned my finger. LOL! Time to head off to bed, I say.

Comment by kindvibe on April 16, 2012 at 3:01pm Hi, Just wanted to mention that Bragg's Aminos are considered pretty toxic. David Klein has a good article about it.
