] Try It. In the begining, you're going to want a lot of different foods other than fruit. In the begining, fruit isn't as appealing as all the junk food you've been eating and grown accustomed to your whole life. Before you reach for that junk food, eat some tasty fruit. ALWAYS do this. Have the fruit before you think of eating anything else.
] Sleep. Lack of sleep is going to hurt you no matter how hard you try to resist those cravings for bad junk. You'll want to binge on anything (junk). And, digestion goes to $hit$ because you're body simply doesn't have enough energy to properly digest all the food. Make you sleep enough so that you feel well rested when you wake up. I feel best with 12hours. Do whatever feels best for you. Never undersleep (when you can).
] Water. Being hydrated can improve everything. You will instantly feel better after this one. Make sure you're pissing clear during the day and a few times at night.
] Fruit, fruit-EVERYWHERE. Make sure you always have fruit lying around so that you're not succumbing yourself to eating something less optimal. If you have fruit around all the time, you're more likey to eat more fruit and stay with this diet/lifestyle.
] Move it Buster! Stop reading this post, get off you're butt, get up, get out, and go play. Go for a run and see how fast you can go. Play some soccer (or any other sport) with your mates. Play with your kids. Put on some music and start dancing. Just move you body. Vigorous exercise will improve your health&performance and make you feel better in so many ways.
] Oh, sunny d-ay. If your having craving for something not 811, or feeling depressed, or feeling fatigued&no energy, or having trouble sleeping, go out and get some sun. It's free. How many people love hearing that word :) A lack of sunlight/low vitamin D levels can really ruin your attempts to try your best at achieving this. Whenever there's sun, make it a goal to try and get as much of it on you bare skin as possible. Sun bathing leaves you feeling amazing and it cleanses you. (Plus, if you expose your armpits to sun the sun for atleast 15mins, it eliminates any possibles B.O.)
] Grounding. Not too many people know abot the amazing health benefits that standing barefoot on the earth has. If your craving junk, having a headache or any kind of other bodily pain, standing barefoot on the ground helps alleviate those symptoms. The earth has free-flowing negatively charged electrons that help to counter balance our electrical charges and align them with the earth's. This may sound too good to be true or like a bunch of hocus pocus, but there is science to back this up. Don't take my word for it, look up the studies or better yet try it out for yourself. You'll feel a difference, a better one.
] Wholsalers! Produce Wholesalers are giant warehouses full of fruits&veg where supermarkets, grocery stores, and other smaller food distributers (restaurants) get their produce from. Wholesalers are the best way to get A Lot of fruit on a budget. Check out the wholesalers near you.
] 'Ello Mate! Having people who support you in your efforts to embark upon this absolutely mind-blowingly super feel-good journey of health and of life will make it easier for you to do this. If you don't really have any support in your life, well, thankfully you have us lovely peeps here on 30BaD and you have me too. I'm happy to help.
] Educate yourself! I can't stress this enough. Make sure you know what you're doing and why you're doing this. You need to have your reasons of motivation, the knowledge of what you're doing (hearing both sides of the party, looking in depth into each arguement and into each topic, and choosing the one that sits best with your values and reasoning) and the dedication to pull it all together and take action to push through.
These are my top 10 tips to go and stay raw. I hoped these helped someome out there. I hope this wasn't too wordy either. Comments are much appreaciated and my help is available to everyone. Good luck on your journey into 811!
