30 Bananas a Day!

Today I started off with my detox. It´s supposed to extinct all the little nasty fellas in my body. I like the thought of being totally cleansed when I´m done with this! Though I have had a lot of headache today but I take that as an sign = the detox is working'. My belly has been a little messy as well!

I take the detox stuff between the meals, it takes away the hunger a little so its not that hard to not eat anything between my bigger meals.

Today I have eaten a little more than yesterday, I really try to eat more but its quite difficult - its so much!? I don't feel slim at all and that's not comforting.

Breakfast: 6 bananas

Detox stuff - nasty s***..

Lunch:5 oranges, iceberg-salad and broccoli

Detox-stuff

Dinner: 4 bananas, 2 apples and around 250 g dates


training: 70 min yoga this morning!

I think its fun that you are reading and wants to follow me in my progress, If you have any tip(like I should be eating more;)) just spit them out and I´ll inhale them like air!:D Thanks so much for the support!

Your english is good, i wouldn't worry about it. I didn't even realize it wasn't your first language until you said something. 

What "detox stuff" is it? I've never taken any pre-made detox drink, but recently i was juice feasting and that seemed to really clean me out. I ended up having a bad headache the last day and felt generally sick, but now that's passed and i feel great!

You're doing great and your English is fine.  :)  Detox will pass.  Keep going.  Eat more if you feel you can or begin having wild cooked food cravings.
