30 Bananas a Day!

I am so prone to type 2 diabetes... :(

first of all

im obese. BMI has gone above 30,

my blood pressure is already in the 130s,

my parents have type2 diabetes (both)

i live a sedentary lifestyle (leg injury)

my leg wound heals very slowly

i thirst

i micturate a fair bit

i dont sleep well.

Its sad. which is why i wanna go into LFRV.

health is my ultimate goal.

the only thing that sets me apart from being confirmed type2 is

1) my HbA1c is within normal range,

2) my blood sugar level is always below 7mmol.

what else can i do?

Amen to that! Lost weight and felt better. First time in my life, lighter than 98kg. Not sleepy after meals, more energy, feet don't hurt after standing long hours.

Ah, so you're feeling so sad because you would really like to transform your health and feel joyful and vibrant and full of vigor?

So you mentioned that you're feeling sad.  I'm wondering what kind of support you might like?

What else can you do?  Focus on the positive instead of the negative.  Instead of writing down a list of all the things that are "wrong" with you, make a list of all your positive qualities that you admire in yourself (it's OK, we won't consider it bragging (o: ) and a list of things you want from this lifestyle.

Obviously low fat raw vegan is the way to go. Use something like cronometer to track you eating so you know your under 10% of fat. No matter what you eat try to keep it below 10% this will help control your blood sugar (obviously some foods is very hard to do this). A good idea especially when starting this lifestyle with a weak pancreas is to eat a bit of greens before a fruit meal and after this will help slow the blood sugar even further to help a weak pancreas.

If you do LFRV and do it well you can kiss good by to all the things you mentioned.
