The good news-- 2218 cal. The bad news-- 25% fat-- mostly from cookies. I did really great with eating a nice big breakfast smoothie of bananas and dates (with the ribs from kale thrown in). Ate more dates as snacks. Enjoyed a super yummy green salad with the same tahini-agave dressing as yesterday. Walked the dogs and came home wanting to eat everything in sight. Instead of taking a moment to make another smoothie, I ate cookies. Sigh. Now another three or four days to get that wheat out of my system.
I didn't end up biking to work today-- I worked from home instead.
Sleep-- since I thought I was going to try to go to work, I did take a sleeping aid... it did help me sleep, but I was groggy getting up.
I'm still trying to develop a daily yoga/ hooping practice. It involves a delicate balance with food, though. Just can't be too full.
I did notice today that I am still tired going up stairs and my blood pressure is still dropping too low.
