5 full weeks done, progress continues every sunday. mentally I get a bit worried during the week and check weight, measurements, etc .... not productive. It's the sunday results week after week that count, being taken at the same time each week.
So lets review the progress over 5 weeks
start end of week 1 Week 2 Week 3 week 4 week 5
Weight 82 kg 79 Kg 79Kg 78 Kg 77.2 76.9 kg
Body fat % 27.5% 26.26% 24.95% 23.39% 21.77% 20.11%
Body fat kg 22.55 kg 20.75 kg 19.73 kg 18.25 kg 16.81 Kg 15.46kg
Lean Mass Kg 59.45 kg 58.25 kg 59.27 kg 59.75 kg 60.39 Kg 61.44 kg
So I have dropped 1.35 Kg of Flob from the Adipose tissue, and gained 1.05 kg of "lean mass", for a total weight loss of 300g. Total fat loss 7.09 kg, lean mass gain 2 kg
Looks like I'm on my way to meeting my goal of weighing 70 kg with a body fat percentage of 8-10%. Hell, I have 8 weeks to go, I may well smash that goal, it would be interesting to see if I can get my lean mass up to or over 65 kg.

Thanks for the positive comments guys. I started off posting on "Give it to me Raw", and got sick of constantly repeating why I am doing this, how it works .... & it seems there's no one on there as active as the Paleo's constantly going on about meat!!!
@Joe - Wow, you started at 300 pounds! and have essentially done 81 days cleansing to stick with raw, well done!!! My main thing is to break my fat addiction. I got to 85 kilos, and my belly was hanging over my belt, a quick test and it was almost 30% flob, clinically obese. Post your current pics dude, you are the inspiration!!
@Trysta - last time I did this I got the starvation thing all the time. Which is why I didn't tell anyone when I started. Also this time I'm a lot more aggressive with getting enough Kilojoules, by soaking dates in water over night.
thanks for the info! i did a 21 day late last year followed by 60 which just ended 2 weeks ago. i didn't document everything, but i have still been raw since and want to release some photos soon enough. i feel that my lean muscle mass has also increased (many have mentioned i don't look skinny as they expected but lean and pretty muscular). and i was pretty damn fat at just near 300 pounds before hand
Comment by Trysta on March 26, 2012 at 8:26am I'm glad you posted this. Many think this is starvation but it truly isn't. I had done a similar cleanse a long time ago when I had a cyst on my knee. My body literally dissolved the cyst on its own through detox and quality nutrition. Not to mention my fitness level greatly improved. Your progress is inspiring!
Thanks for the support Guys!!
