I feel like I need to end my fast today and not to go longer. I woke up and realized that I have a succesful fast already. My tounge is so pink. My eyes are bright. My emotions are stable and my body is really craving for food. :) Real food. So excited to eat fresh bananas. So I decided that I'll end my fast today. Literally my goal is to do 40 days of juicefasting. But, I listened to my body and it's telling me that it's done already. No need to go futher.
I started my day with an orange juice for breakfast. I break my fast arounf 12pm and ate a watermelon. OMG. The sweetness of watemelon is so intense. Fruits makes me so happy.haha. Then later I went to the market and bought some ripe bananas and sugar apple!! YUMM YUMM. The bananas are perfectly ripe and so delish! :)
If you're going to ask me if I want to attempt a juice fast again. My answer is YES. I'll do that again and will aim 40days for CUERESMA as a spiritual journey. I hope I can make it to 40 days on my second attempt!
What are the results of my juice fasting?
- Lost a lot of weight! I don't know how much weight because I stopped weighing myself.
- Waist line of 37 down to 30 inches!
- Will buy new pants.. lol
- Cravings for cooked food totally gone. ( I have no appetite for grains )
- Emotionally Stable
- Allergicrinitis. gone.

- Insomnia . GOne

What are my plans now?
October, November and December is coming! I still have 3 months before 2012. My goal is to celebrate my 2012 happy with my whole being!
Starting October 1st my journey starts
Completely 811. 100%. No cheating. Meaning, just pure fruits, vegetables, nuts and seeds . No raw gourmet of superfoods and condiments. If I can't eat it alone. Then it's not part of the plan! No salt. No aminos. No sushis. No algae. More bananas, more papayas. more fruits!! I will call it the Raw90x. COmbination of RAWFOOD and p90x! haha.
So how am I gonna do this?
Let's start with fitness.
Do P90X lean version starting October 1st. 90 days commitment. NO excuses just do it.
Run atleast 3 times a week.
100% 80-10-10 , read again 811 book and follow!
Start eating fruits and vegetables. Do it slowly first as you are trying to recover from fasting . Goal is to eat calories not lower 2500!
Eat mostly mono meals.
Dry skin brush everyday followed by a sauna
Oil Cleansing everyday. ( avoid using any product not labeled as 100% organic)
Water 1 liter upon rising.
More water the rest of the day.
SUnshine around 6-8am
Sleep not later than 9pm
Rise around not later than 5:30am
Massage every 2 weeks :)
Expectations after RAW90X
- Leaner body.
- 27 inch waistline ( abssss.haha)
- 115lbs ( healthy weight for my BMI )
- Clearer Skin
- Stronger and shiny hair.
