30 Bananas a Day!

Week 1 Complete and 17 lbs Gone:):):)

I completed my first week of 811. My son noticed that my mood is more balanced and that I'm not all over the place with it. My SIL and MIL both said I looked much better on Sunday then I had looked the week before. My husband and son bought me 3 watermelons for Mother's Day:):):) I'm feeling way better after my first week!!! 

Like I mentioned in an earlier post this week. I had a binge of SAD food last weekend that caused 10+ lbs of weight gain and hives. I have been on a path of eating a high raw, vegan diet for almost a year now but have had times during the course that I have falling into a hole and had to dig myself out. Before starting 811 a week ago I had been high raw but high in the nuts and fats and feeling terrible and having weekly binges on SAD food. This past week I have not had cravings, or binges. I managed to release 17 lbs of weight.

My weekly totals:

Starting weight: 389 lbs on 5/2/11

Todays weight: 372 lbs on 5/9/11

Average daily calories: 2934

Carbs: 88.8%

Lipids: 6.2%

Protein: 5%

I moved more during the last part of week one then I did in the beginning. Now that the water weight is gone I'm curious to see what happens this week:) I believe things are going to keep getting better and better:):):)

@Robert Wolter....I've done WW so many times in my past and starved counting those points so UP YOURS WW put a SMILE on my face this morning:) Thanks for that!!!

@Patryc Willis I take a B12 vitamin no shot. I don't think I can buy the b12 shots here in the US. I believe I have to go see my doctor for that.

Another chance to say UP YOURS WEIGHT WATCHERS!!! Counting calories is useless unless your are doing it to make sure you are getting as many fruity calories as needed

grins, and it will keep coming. Bear in mind the closer you get to 20-25% BMI the slower it comes off but congrats, I have lost 14 kg since LFRV. I'm due for another weigh in this week. Just have to keep the fats down and the activity up.

 

do you use the B12 shots too ?

Damn good news!  I'm proud of you.  You are doing great.  Keep chowing down on those sweet fruits, and getting lots of calories from them.  Don't let the devil sneak up on you and tell you different.  He's tricky like that.
