Injurys kicking my backside

As some people know the last 9 months haven't gone very well. My life changed when I was on a run 9 months ago and my upper thigh/groin area started searing in pain. I walked to my coaches truck about a mile away and that was that for my season. After a couple misdiagnoses I finally figured out 4 months later I had a tear in my labrum (the cartilage covering the head of the femur). How did I end up on this website? and how did my injurys tie in

I wrote a blog about my Injurys last night in case you were wondering.



Anyways when people are depressed like I was they look for something new and something that can perhaps help them. After I torn the labrum in my hip I was obiously depressed, I stumbled upon one of the videos I had favorited in the past on youtube about foam rollers...It was a RunningRaw video

I'm going to really tell you whats gone on in my life in the last 8 months and a breif overview of who I am and where I came from...
