My friend is 68, aprox 50lbs or more over weight, 'limp', and diabetic...he has an open mind and is tryong...I keep telling him to try for yourself, don't just listen to the doctors (or even me)...try it out and see...

i am going to a sushi resturant tomorrow...i really don't want to go, but it is a must sort of situation (please don't give the 'don't go' advise)
