After trying to become HCRV for the first time last month, and then failing after 4 days and not having the will power to get back to it, I feel terrible!
I keep thinking about how amzing I felt even after those few days, and feel bad that I let myself down. Then the more I thought about it I reaised that the lack of natural foods in my diet were probably the cause of my negativity!

Ok, so first off, I met mt new neighbours yesterday and they invited me in to chat. Then test number one came....'do you like white wine?' ........'um........yes, yes i do' UUUGH!! FAIL!!!
Then in the evening, my wonderful partner returned from a week long trip. He told me how wonderful I looked, he said I looked slimmer in the tummy and face and I was glowing! :-D Very happy girl!
He had had avery stressful day and so decieded to unwind with a bottle of red. I was envious.…

Its the afternoon of day 3, and so far 100% raw fruit. I feel way better already! I woke up this morning, not really expecting any massive difference, but I definitly felt that something had changed. I feel like a tiny bit of my body has been shaved away(weight lost, 3.4lbs!), my skin already looks a little clearer and smoother, and my mood has lifted for sure! And thats only after 2 whole days of it! I can not wait to see what each new day brings!

So here starts the journey to a new me! A fresher, vibrant, energetic, confident and beautiful new me! I am so excited to feel the magic that is living from eating live, natural, raw food.
