My muscles retain water and every single time I start exercising I gain weight the morning after. LOL LOL I'll drop it and then some and honestly it doesn't hurt me to gain a lb.

I don't NEED to lose weight at this point. I need to tone up. However the more I eat my body enjoys letting go of weight. This morning I hit my lowest weight in 35 years: 109.2. I am 5'2" and am lean and getting toned from the head down which is what I was told would happen. My arms will be last I'm assuming! I want toned arms NOW! LOL

I learned something new today. Herbs strengthen their taste the day after you put them into a recipe! I didn't know. LOL I had left-over Karen's Savory Korn Chowder. Wow! What a kick! LOL LOL I may temper the amount of herbs the next time. Strange though, I hate, hate, hate spicey and won't even eat anything with pepper on it. However savory as in fresh herbs tastes great to me. Yes, the corn chowder was intense, but it was very good! Lesson learned.
My need for more quality food is growing daily. Of course I am honoring that need by eating more. More bananas, more fruit, more greens, more of everything! I am a physically active eating machine! All organic of course. All nutritious. All delicious.

I prepared a thank you luncheon to my supporters at my home town bank. I made Fettucini Alfredo and yes, I had a serving! Every day I am hungry and that is wonderful!!! What I mean by that is that I am wanting MORE food. I am almost up to my pre-92 day juice feast days when I ate an enormous amount for dinner. Yea!!
I want less watermelon and more solid food. So on day 5 I am increasing the bananas and decreasing my watermelon to 1/2 of a personal size melon. That should do the trick.

I had a rest from overt fats today. I've decided with my doctor to allow one overt fat day per week for social sharing of food. I can handle this I believe. If I have any problems I'll go back to no overt fats and make only receipes that follow that rule.

I had my first "big" solid food meal in 88 days. It was stupendous! A wonderful salad made with 2/3rds lb of spinach, carrot, tomatos, cucumber and fresh corn. It was soooo good I ate about 99% of it. I'm still a little groggy actually but very happy that I finally ate some real solid food. More surprises! I don't like sweet green smoothies at all! I made my first one in 92 days: 3/4 lb baby spinach, 4 dates, 2 tomatoes. Way too sweet! I couldn't drink it. This lead to me being way too hungry in the afternoon leading to preparing a fast raw soup and woofing it down. Not great for digestion! It tasted wonderful!!!
