After months and months of binging, in the last weeks I've been good on 811, sometimes eating too much avocado, but overall ok. I no longer have any cravings !

After consuming plenty of avocado in the last days, I've been overt free these past 2 days. Just bananas, iceberg salad, greens, water, dates, apples, pineapple, strawberries, cucumbers, tomatoes, oranges, kiwis, mango. BM are more frequent, and I feel light !

Alright - I've been raw since 31st march - that meaning 11 days. The only non-raw thing I consumed I think it's my medjool dates. I did not continue my monomeal plan and somedays I ate plenty of avocados - like the last 3 days - I was in Paris and there were so many varieties and I tasted many. However, I ate maximum 3 medium avocados per day, and I did not feel sluggish, but my digestion did become slower.
