RAW GOURMET CAN EAT MY #%% Re-committed to 100% LFRV Day 53 of 60

Oh my gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwd you guys.  I had a raw gourmet meal tonight and it tasted amazing, but then 10 minutes after it was over I felt #$%&ing TERRIBLE!  I literally felt nauseous.  I felt ILL.  I felt worse than the last time I had tofu.  Which if you know me, was a #$%@ing awful experience.  I had a raw reuben sandwich which had like sauerkraut, raw cheeze, sunflower seed bread, mushrooms, vinegary/saltiness.  Oh my god.  I look like a friggin' pregnant…

Gains and Losses - RE-committed to 100% LFRV - Day 50 of 60

Well, well, well.  It's already day 50?  I am trying to decide how much longer I want to go after the 60 days.  Another 60?  Another 90?  Not sure at this point.  The main thing is that the gains have been too powerful to allow myself to slow them down.  There's still a lot of healing in process (toenails, digestion, circles under eyes, etc.) that I really want to be finished.  I can't stop yet.

Gnarly Detox - RE-committed to 100% LFRV - Day 39 of 60

Ugh, yesterday was probably the worst day I've had since I started this 60 days.  My sleep got thrown out of wack after my race on Sunday (slept only 4 hours the night before, then took a 4 hour nap afterwards).  So I've been playing catch up all week, but yesterday I felt really foggy headed and unmotivated at work.

Rainy Days - RE-committed to 100% LFRV - Day 37 of 60

My mood used to be very dependent on the weather.  Rainy days would just bum me out.  It wasn't that I didn't like rain.  It was just that with the lack of sunshine I felt bad.  Today has been very rainy but now it's no longer affecting my mood.  I still just feel great.

Still on track! RE-committed to 100% LFRV - Day 30 of 60

OK, here we are day 30.  Man the first few weeks flew by but it seems the last week to ten days have gone by so slow.  I am finally eating more calories per day which has definitely had a positive effect on my mood and well being.  I'm safely in the 3000-3500 range, but ideally I would like to get up a little higher.  I think last time I did this I ate a lot less vegetables.  So I am finally eating about the same volume of food as I did when I last did 100%, just a lot more greens, tomatoes…
