Oh my gaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawwwwd you guys. I had a raw gourmet meal tonight and it tasted amazing, but then 10 minutes after it was over I felt #$%&ing TERRIBLE! I literally felt nauseous. I felt ILL. Well, well, well. It's already day 50? I am trying to decide how much longer I want to go after the 60 days. Another 60? Another 90? Not sure at this point. The main thing is that the gains have been too powerful to allow myself to slow them down. There's still a lot of healing in process (toenails, digestion, circles under eyes, etc.) that I really want to be finished. I can't stop yet.

Ugh, yesterday was probably the worst day I've had since I started this 60 days. My sleep got thrown out of wack after my race on Sunday (slept only 4 hours the night before, then took a 4 hour nap afterwards). My mood used to be very dependent on the weather. Rainy days would just bum me out. It wasn't that I didn't like rain. It was just that with the lack of sunshine I felt bad. Today has been very rainy but now it's no longer affecting my mood. I still just feel great.

OK, here we are day 30. Man the first few weeks flew by but it seems the last week to ten days have gone by so slow. I am finally eating more calories per day which has definitely had a positive effect on my mood and well being. I'm safely in the 3000-3500 range, but ideally I would like to get up a little higher.
