HCRV Caramel-coated Apples

Try this. ASAP. 

Get some organic granny smith apples.

Cut into slices.

Get some organic dried dates. (dried are more caramel-y) 

Blend dates with some water.

Dunk apple slices in date water.

Savor the goodness.

Taste EXACTLY like "candy-apples"!!!

Sprouts??

I know that beans and grains generally aren't tolerated on the 811, but is it okay to eat sprouts?

Though fruit and leafs are the ideal, my dad can only afford so much fruit (you know, so he can make room for dairy, meat, and eggs---I'm the only vegan in my household :|). 

I tried convincing him to just eat what I eat and he'll understand, but he won't give in. I see him eat maybe 3 servings of fruit per week and 2 servings of vegetables. 

I try to eat at least 5…

Gaining and losing weight?

Okay, so far I've gained 6-8 pounds since I started eating more and stopped calorie restricting....(about 3 weeks ago) 

PLUS the 8 pounds I gained when I was starting to eat more after the eating disorder.

When will this go down again? 

I'm getting really frustrated at looking in the mirror and seeing flab I never had before. 

While I don't want to be the weight I was with an eating disorder, I do want to lose the weight I gained in the past three…

Trying not to relapse...

This is hard for me; this whole eating-a-bunch thing, I mean. 

I have gained weight (about 4 pounds), but I know that's just my body "catching up to me" since I deprived it for so long. I know I have to keep eating a ton in order to boost my metabolism back up from 600 kcal per day to 2000+ kcal per day.

I'm missing when I used to be super thin... when I was 93 lbs; for some reason I liked the way that looked? I'm not liking being 108 ( I gained weight before I started this…
