Hey Guys I want to list the benefits That everyone can more or less expect to get when going 811 and following the lifestyle.

THE LIST (not in order of importance)

1. You don't smell , breath, underarms and chunky monkeys ordorless (Unless exposed to toxins)

On 811 its harder to get a SUN Burn :)

I have been getting out in the sun as much as I can and on this diet i slowly get a progressive Tan.

I can stay out in the sun and hardly ever get burnt (I do live in canada). But we have hot summers in Montreal and I would get fried if I stayed to long in the sun. Its great.

I don't feel the heat or humidity (since my body temp has gone down) everybody else is like its so hot??

Questions about Celery!

Hey Guys,

I pretty much eat celery on a daily basis along with dates (find they compliment each other well when eaten together sometimes I throw in a yellow Mango or 2 and chop them up and make a salad, delish!).

I only get Organic due to the fact it is one of the most pesticided things and hopefully more nutritious.

Any Tips for getting a good night sleep?

Hey guys,

I use to be pretty much an insomniac, came with poor diet, bad injury and 2 babies both bad sleepers. I would say for about 3 years I averaged 3-5 hours a night and many nothing at all. When I went 811 within 6 days I went from 3-4 to 6-7 which was huge. Now it is probably 7-8 but some nights I still have difficulties. Injury is no longer a factor since 811 (wohoo). Any tips? Have a friend who is on dialysis who would like to try 80 10 10? Any advice

Hey guys hope all is well,

I have a friend who is on Dialysis been for at least 8 years and is stuck in the medical model. He still had some functioning kidneys (about 25%) back then they took some special x-ray shots and killed the remaining functioning. He has been waiting for a transplant and has had many problems and brushes with death because of it
