I have not been successfully following the BG Challenge this month. I need to be a lot more prepared so that I have adequate ripe fruit at all times. I stayed raw but under-ate the first few days of the month, and then went back to cooked salty dinners. I had a salt relapse, again. I have finally realized that I need to surrender ALL of my eating, not just most of it. My son went through his big dental procedure fine and is already bouncing around the house, his happy usual self. We had fun staying at the Ronald McDonald House in Chicago--a beautiful facility! I stayed on program and salt-free.

I made it 12 days without salt. Then I did my 10 hour day/ 8 hours straight teaching that I do every other month. Some of the fruit I brought with me turned out not to be edible, and I just didn't eat enough and started stuffing myself with the family's cooked, salted dinner as soon as I got home.
