Today is my forth day hclf raw vegan. I had 5 ripe bananas for breakfast. There are about 27 or so on my desk waiting to be spotty enough to eat. probably gonna stick out like a sore thumb but, shock horror, i really do not like bananas. in any shape or form. i've had them just peeled, cut up, in a smoothie, nice cream, nice cream with other fruits/cacao/natural drops, with other fruits, and i just can't stand them! the thought of them makes me feel sick! Today I went to the dining hall and I ate about 700 calories of honeydew melon. Then I ate a handful of almonds, walnuts, and raisins. Those are definitely not a staple. I had 7 oranges in bed. I LOVE just eating while watching youtube. Back in the day "they" used to tell me to never eat in front of the screen because i'll "eat too much!" I think that is a huge load of BS. Today marks the end of my first week/start of my second week raw till 4!
Safe to say - I'm loving it!
I feel so great and i feel like my attitude towards life is so much more positive.
If this is what happens after just one week i can't wait to see what its like after 1 year!

I am still transitioning from cooked vegan, to raw til 4, and whenever I try and have a high calorie fruit meal, I get aches in my arms/shoulders even if I'm only about 400-500 cals into the meal. This usually only happens when I eat dates, apples, or have a smoothie with added sugar (it does not happen with banana smoothies), and the aches last around 10 minutes. I've been feeling dizzy and spacey, as well as very weak, all day. This is something I feel often, and it usually helps a TINY bit when I salt my water (1/4-1/2 tsp per liter), but it's never enough to make me feel normal. I started 80/10/10 Raw Till 4 a year ago. Ever since then, I have binged a handful of times on bags of tortilla chips, cans of salty beans, and other savory treats because I was SO stressed from work (vegetarian grocery store) late at night. I love apples, they are the #1 food for me. I'd do bananas, but organic apples are cheaper now because they are in season, so they can be locally grown and... their taste is delicious! ;3

I am not a large girl right now, (size 6 to 8(mostly 8)) so a part of be believes that this is my body settling at a weight it thinks is healthy for me.
My inner legs retain a lot of weight. And by weight, I mean fat. My quads are rock hard, but for some strange reason my inner legs will not loose the fat.
