Today was a tough day to get through. And I mean tough. I felt carbed up and never let myself go hungry, managed a total of about 2400 cals today(appropriate for my h&w). But I'm getting cravings! I was so excited to receive my Rawxies cookie/bars in the mail today. I stumbled upon Rawxies on Instagram and I am so glad I did.
It is so hard to find a raw vegan bar that actually tastes good and not full of fat! Convenience food is very hard to come by on a raw vegan diet.

Today is my forth day hclf raw vegan. I had 5 ripe bananas for breakfast. There are about 27 or so on my desk waiting to be spotty enough to eat. probably gonna stick out like a sore thumb but, shock horror, i really do not like bananas. in any shape or form. i've had them just peeled, cut up, in a smoothie, nice cream, nice cream with other fruits/cacao/natural drops, with other fruits, and i just can't stand them! the thought of them makes me feel sick!
