I'll start by telling you a little about myself. My life, my story. My soul.
I was a shy girl for a very long time, who quite frankly, absolutely hated herself! I wasn't confident with my weight or looks through school, and kids picked up on that and bullied me calling me "weird" "ugly" "fat" "red head" "ginger" whenever they got the chance. I pretended it didn't bother me but it did! It really, truly did! I didn't even feel like a person after a while, and wanted desperately…Continue

Today is my forth day hclf raw vegan. I had 5 ripe bananas for breakfast. There are about 27 or so on my desk waiting to be spotty enough to eat. I feel so self-determined to make this lifestyle work. I feel 100% INVINCIBLE. I love fruit ommmmmmgggggggg. I had a big organic salad for lunch with spinach, mushrooms, applesauce, raisins, and onions. Before that I had a plate of pineapple and strawberries. Next for a snack I had dried fruit from a plastic bag. It was low fat, but I do feel a…Continue
probably gonna stick out like a sore thumb but, shock horror, i really do not like bananas. in any shape or form. i've had them just peeled, cut up, in a smoothie, nice cream, nice cream with other fruits/cacao/natural drops, with other fruits, and i just can't stand them! the thought of them makes me feel sick! I can only eat about 5 dates before feeling sick and i'm just not really into eating dried fruit, i'd rather eat the whole food form of a hydrating fruit. what calorie dense fruits…Continue
Today I went to the dining hall and I ate about 700 calories of honeydew melon. Then I ate a handful of almonds, walnuts, and raisins. Those are definitely not a staple. I had 7 oranges in bed. I LOVE just eating while watching youtube. Back in the day "they" used to tell me to never eat in front of the screen because i'll "eat too much!" I think that is a huge load of BS. I'm going to stretch for a half hour like yesterday and hopefully go eat some large quantity of fruit for dinner. I want…Continue

Well unfortunately 2 weeks are gonna have to be cut short to just 5 days instead. I completely ran out of bananas after my nana 'milk'shake I just made for breakfast and I have no money left to buy anymore.
Just when I was getting used to it too. The first 2-3 days I was dreading eating so many bananas and nothing but bananas but yesterday and today I found a groove I was okay with and stayed full. There were some temptations along the way like pizza and fried goodies but I knew that…Continue

I am still transitioning from cooked vegan, to raw til 4, and whenever I try and have a high calorie fruit meal, I get aches in my arms/shoulders even if I'm only about 400-500 cals into the meal. This usually only happens when I eat dates, apples, or have a smoothie with added sugar (it does not happen with banana smoothies), and the aches last around 10 minutes. I believe these are sugar aches? I do not want to tell my…Continue
I've been feeling dizzy and spacey, as well as very weak, all day. This is something I feel often, and it usually helps a TINY bit when I salt my water (1/4-1/2 tsp per liter), but it's never enough to make me feel normal. I know this can't be detox, how could it be, at least? I had no ability to think today. Luckily, I'm unemployed, so I didn't have to work, but I felt like a complete brainless vegetable. No energy or coordination to go on a run, either. I couldn't stomach any more bananas…Continue

I started 80/10/10 Raw Till 4 a year ago. Ever since then, I have binged a handful of times on bags of tortilla chips, cans of salty beans, and other savory treats because I was SO stressed from work (vegetarian grocery store) late at night. I was feelin 10000% great during my first 5 months, especially during the times when I didn't rely on those fatty salty foods!
My weight stayed the same, I would estimate around 115-120 lbs. I'm 5'4". However,…Continue

I've been feeling a little down these past couple of months, mostly due to feeling unfulfilled/unproductive/unhealthy, so my dad said, "Write about your pet monkey!"
