Hellllooo. So I'm back on 30bad and the 80/10/10 wagon. The diet is much more do-able for me since last time I was doing it, and lasted 6 months I was in Saskatchewan in mid winter. I'm now in Vancouver and there are so many produce stores I feel like I am in wonderland haha. I've finished 1 month 80/10/10. 3.5 months LFRV updates and pix
as I approach month 4 I feel a sense of order and a sense of place with this lifestyle, instead of buying random things to eat I now have my 'staples' and feel prepared for the uk autumn and winter. The bulk of my calories in this dark season looks likely to be - bananas, dates, oranges and mangoes as they easily provide me with enough kcal and are easy to get hold of in the UK.
