Went out and bought a whole ton of fruits and veggies yesterday to last me this week.
I'm really excited and pumped for this.

I am starting my 30 day challenge. I am 5'6" at 128lbs. My goal is to get down to 115lbs in the end.

This is day two of my journey on HCRV!

So, yesterday was my first day completely raw. It was also the first day of my seasonal job: detasseling the corn fields. It's hard work so I ate lots of food
breakfast: 12 bananas
lunch: 12 bananas
snack: watermelon - juiced with lots of pulp still in it
dinner: 10 oranges + a small spinnach salad
snack: a fist full of raw sunflower seeds (probably 20 g)

I don't NEED to lose weight at this point. I need to tone up. However the more I eat my body enjoys letting go of weight. This morning I hit my lowest weight in 35 years: 109.2. I am 5'2" and am lean and getting toned from the head down which is what I was told would happen. My arms will be last I'm assuming! I want toned arms NOW! LOL
I had a killer smoothie yesterday: I made 12 cups!
4 lbs of bananas= 1703 grms
1 slice of pineapple = 245 grms
DAY 3 all it's rights... :))) a lot of energy, good spirits, smile... great!

I messed up on the numbering system for the days I've been on this program. LOL Brain fritz! So this is my entry for my actual day 13.
I had company over last night. A new mentoring student. I worked yesterday and came home early and got half the house deep cleaned in 3 hours. I worked my butt off!
