Easy tasty tropical "milk" shake
In Denmark its often not possible to get riped mangoes.
So yesterday I bought mangojuice at the local Thai store.
I made the best smoothie with mangojuice, frosen bananas and vanilla. Hello!
80/10/10 food tastes so good it sometimes feel sinful to indulge in so much food.
I thoght I would miss icecream going low fat vegan but now I have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I feel like it.
Why did nobody tell me about this diet 40 years…

Frustrated about ratios!
No matter what I do, I never seem to get the ratio of 80/10/10 right. I always seem to have about 90% carbs, 4% fat and 5% protein. I am following the meal plans almost exactly. I can't seem to eat enough and what I am eating seems to be too many carbs. I don't know if this ratio of 90/5/4 will be dangerous or not. I don't NEED to lose weight at this point. I need to tone up. However the more I eat my body enjoys letting go of weight. This morning I hit my lowest weight in 35 years: 109.2.
