Easy tasty tropical "milk" shake

In Denmark its often not possible to get riped mangoes. 

So yesterday I bought mangojuice at the local Thai store.

I made the best smoothie with mangojuice, frosen bananas and vanilla. Hello!

80/10/10 food tastes so good it sometimes feel sinful to indulge in so much food. 

I thoght I would miss icecream going low fat vegan but now I have it for breakfast, lunch and dinner if I feel like it.

Why did nobody tell me about this diet 40 years…

Difference between 801010 & natural hygiene?

I thought natural hygiene and the 80/10/10 are basically the same...
But someone who is natural hygiene said they are not 80/10/10...
Someone explain the difference to me. My understanding is that 80/10/10 adopts the same lifestyle

Frustrated about ratios!

No matter what I do, I never seem to get the ratio of 80/10/10 right. I always seem to have about 90% carbs, 4% fat and 5% protein. I am following the meal plans almost exactly. I can't seem to eat enough and what I am eating seems to be too many carbs. I don't know if this ratio of 90/5/4 will be dangerous or not. Chris Randall who now is 19, from real raw results, was so generous to give me 1,5 hour of his time sharing his story with 80/10/10. And yes I did record it for U.

DAY 15 OF 80/10/10 BOOTCAMP --- STARTED EXERCISE -- GAINED WEIGHT!! LOL LOL

My muscles retain water and every single time I start exercising I gain weight the morning after. LOL LOL  I'll drop it and then some and honestly it doesn't hurt me to gain a lb. 

Yesterday I started out with 1/2 personal watermelon and of course some water. 

I made a 12 cup mega ABC smoothie yesterday!  4 lbs of bananas, 8 ozs of strawberries, 1 lg kiwi, 1 lg mango, 1 slice of pineapple juice from 1 lg grapefruit, l lg navel orange, 3 tangerines.  It was delicious and…

DAY 14 OF 100 80/10/10 BOOTCAMP EAT MORE - WEIGH LESS!!

I don't NEED to lose weight at this point. I need to tone up.  However the more I eat my body enjoys letting go of weight.  This morning I hit my lowest weight in 35 years: 109.2.  I am 5'2" and am lean and getting toned from the head down which is what I was told would happen.  My arms will be last I'm assuming!  I want toned arms NOW! LOL 

 

I had a killer smoothie yesterday:  I made 12 cups! 

4 lbs of bananas= 1703 grms

1 slice of pineapple = 245 grms

TRULY DAY 13! OF 100 DAYS 80/10/10 BOOT CAMP -- CARBS WORK WONDERS!!

I messed up on the numbering system for the days I've been on this program. LOL  Brain fritz!  So this is my entry for my actual day 13. 

 

I had company over last night.  A new mentoring student.  I worked yesterday and came home early and got half the house deep cleaned in 3 hours.  I worked my butt off!  No muscle fatigue issues whatsoever!!  Thanks to the magic of carbs!  I am simply amazed at what those critters can do for my body.  I'm not even sore this morning.  That's…
