Yeah, I know some of you are beyond the need for any worldly goods or simply prefer to be naked (okay, naked is good) but please forgive my existing love for clothes. I should point out that I am far from a frequent shopper. I buy clothes maybe 3-4 times a year and almost always at Goodwill or the Salvation Army. From my desk at work (library) today I have noticed several little girls pass by dressed brightly and creatively and I remember when I was that little and would pick out my own clothes… Continue

finding that i am seeking out more varieties of fruit. Thank our Lord
Christ, that when He banished Adam from the Garden of Eden, He did not
cut off his supply of fruit! So much and so many varieties in our
world. i want to appreciate and enjoy them all for the blessings…

so, a lot of my life is a total roller coaster right now. That's what i'm trying to tell myself. It's a phase. After losing my dad, I'm learning what grieving is and it's taking a toll on me in school and in my relationships with friends and family. But i've been 811 for the past fifteen days and physically I feel wonderful. It's great to have something to smile about through everything. I am actually able to wake up and get out of bed most days. So thanks raw food for helping fight depression.… Continue

So I decided to go through with the water fast, and am making myself blog...so that I'll stick with it. haha just heard my stomach grumble- it was more like a whine, I don't think stomach here understands what's going on today.
So normally while staying raw I crave different cooked foods, while staying lfrv it's been fats like oils and avocado and nut butters, and now while water fasting god help me I'd give anything for an apple. So I think with each level of difficulty what I crave seems… Continue

I've been having a hard time eating big salads(to get enough greens) until today I scarfed one down in no time.
With a fork it was taking me up to 45 minutes to eat a big ol' salad. With my hands I can stuff way more greens in my mouth than a silly little fork can pick up.
Lettuce and a citrus or grape(cherry) tomatoes has been my favorite so far!!
Maybe its just me(or the whole country of India)but I've always liked eating with my hand's… Continue

Day 38 of the Fruit Feast. Its become more of a Feast than a Fast at this point. Wonderful is the Grace of Christ. My legs were alittle sore today (they will probably be more sore tomorrow), so i focused on upper Continue
body exercise. As my energy level has risen, i pushed myself alittle
more today. Felt great. i wanted to pass on a couple of things that i
have noticed during this leg of the journey. From about my second week
on this Feast, i have had mucous coming out of my…

I'm pretty bad about consistently blogging, but here goes another one just for s***s and giggles. I've been doing good staying raw, but have definitely been overeating fats and overdoing food combinations. I'm hoping to do better on the fats seeing as how I just demolished the almond butter that was left in the fridge and don't plan on buying any myself. I've also been way overeating to stop myself from going for cooked foods(ie. whenever I even think about cooked foods I'm… Continue

Day 37 of the Fruit Fast. We did a Raw Remnant presentation today in the home of some brethren in North Carolina. They had invited some friends of theirs to the presentation. It was a wonderful time. Continue
Whenever the Lord sends me to do such a presentation, i let it be known
that this is not according to man's science. Its according to Bible
faith. The Health message of the Bible is a very wonderful thing, for
it is founded in Christ Jesus. When Christ is uplifted as He has…

I'm not really sure that this should go here, but I wanted to write it down somewhere...So this will have to do!
Last night I had a bizarre dream.
It started out...I was walking in an alley by myself and there were all these men waiting to prey on me. I kept turning around and looking at all of them, like this was some sort of safety tool for them not to rape me. Then a very thin man, very nice, came up to me and we were talking about all the bad men. He said that the bad men… Continue

I posted and it was removed. I am sure it is not long before I am banned. I tried being LFRV and I failed.
SOME PEOPLE CANNOT DO THIS
I dont know how to explain it to you...I wish I had loved this like you all do. I wish I could be lfrv more than anything else in the world but I cant....I cannot stick to it. I wish you all well. You are all beautiful, compassionate people.

So I tried eating no overt fats yesterday and was successful but it was a little difficult. I ended up doing some miscombining b/c after my veggie dinner meal I wasn't satisfied and ate some more sweet fruit. However, it was better than the alternative of cooked food. So here it is...FOOD:
- 24 oz grapes
- 13 oz bananas
- 10 oz strawberries
- 16 oz blueberries
- lots of dates
- 3/4 pineapple
- 12 oz… Continue

greetings from mango and papaya islands. i am living in mexico, and happily thriving on fresh fruit from my garden. i just did a 3 day mamey island, and that was simply luscious. oranges are so perfectly sweet and juicy here, i drink at least 2 liters of freshly squeezed and pulpy juice. i'm also training for a marathon and feel so in touch with my body's strengthening process. it is wild! so if anyone heads down this way you should hit me up.

It is really nice to update here, btw!
I've been eating lots of oranges (wow!) and also some dried fruit (figs and golden raisins, some dates) and once in a while other fruit (cucumber, grapefruit, red bell pepper, banana, etc.). Also, I eat the dried fruit with raw peanuts or pecans or other raw nuts to last me longer. It actually provides me with sustained fuel for longer workouts… Continue
