30 Bananas a Day!

The never ending cycle: sleep deprevation. I feel like death.

It's getting really bad again.

I'm doing everything that I've been told.

Drinking 3L+ of water.

2500-3000+ calories. At least 2-2.5k of fruit if not all. The rest cooked roots and rice, or rice/corn pasta.

Going out into the sun everyday.

I'm now taking b12 shots.

Shutting off electronics early, and resting until the sun goes down. Then bed.

And then there's the exercise factor. I can't exercise if I'm not sleeping because my…

Day 75

Today was good overall! Sprinted for 15 minutes and sweat like crazy! Drank 5 liters of water, ate bananas, raspberries, apples, dates, and a salad with blended raspberries and lemon juice. Had moments today when my ears did not ring - that was the best!!!! Baby steps!!!! :)

Day 38: 3,696 calories!! woo woo

NOW I understand how women on this can eat above 3,000 easily. I decided to listen to my body today (in exchange for being perfect - aka only bananas 100% - and it was an interesting experience.

On Day 3 of banana island, my appetite was really something today. After 9 bananas for breakfast, my body literally took over and was like give us something more calorie-dense as well as juicy. It was so weird! I…

Day 67

Lips chapped and puffy-ish/swollen hurting because of lack of water. Not too itchy.

Acne still going on. Itchy bumps on right cheek still there.

No weight training today. Was getting ready for the gym and then had a major meltdown about feeling fat, etc etc. Just having a rough week.

Not happy with job. Not what I thought it was going to be. Never have any time to myself and can't fit in activities and exercise time like I'd like to.

2L water, 20… Continue

Gyms Suck.

So tonight I went to the gym.

I hate the gym. It just reminds me of all the jiggle and wiggle that I've collected these past two years. It makes me think of how its going to take me 7 years to actually lose it all. It makes me think about all the times I ate sh** and cried and ate more sh**. It fills me with regret and sadness.

Yup.

I hate the gym.

16 Weeks!!!

Wow, 16 weeks and I am not slowing down.

I have started to encorporate a few cooked items (potatos, root veggies and a few grains occasionally) because of my travelling. I would love to be able to do 100% raw all the time, but I just did another week for work in Jamaica, and if I didnt eat some of these things I would starve!

I feel like I am becoming a raw-food all-inclusive specialist! Every property I see I check out the menu's and buffets to see how I…

Today's fable

This has nothing to do with HCRV so I figured I better make it educational at least.

But before I do, how great are fables? I feel it is some of what is missing with todays youth. Anything from the bible(personally not religious but willing to accept great fables in it) to brothers Grimm, struggling to think specifics at the moment but any story with a moral at the end I find just great. I grew up on them, but asking around I find most people haven't heard of many of them. It's a… Continue

Day 37: 24 bananas...

Day 2 on Banana Island. I find it really challenging to eat the same thing all day - and a large quantity of it. Had to chase the nanners with some cold-pressed raw OJ. But no crazy meat/cooked food cravings. But I definitely feel a bit light-headed. And all I wanted to do today was sleep. Or go bask in the sun. Being in the office in front of a computer all day made this challenge especially difficult.

I got sick, have trouble eating...

I started eating less than usual last Friday, since then it's been very difficult for me to reach up to 3000 calories. I have a cold: runny nose and frequent sneezing. At 1am today I felt nauseous and had diarrhea. I've been having 1000-1500 calories of potatoes as a cooked carb and I also have lots of calories from fruit  everyday for a few months. The nausea I experienced today is really motivating me to start eating FullyRaw. But I've also noticed that I don't enjoy fruit as much as I did…

With b12 for the first time today. I feel heavy and sleepy now. Anyone experience better sleeping on b12? I've had insomnia for a decade now.
