Hi guys.
I tried this week to make my dog go fruity.Firstly, I must mention that I want her to be healthy and I'm looking for her ideal nutrition[which I haven't found yet], and that she really loves fruits, I don't force her to eat'em. In addition, she's always happy and looks great.
This is how it was:
Her commercial meaty food was over and I decided to try feeding her with fruits only. She was really happy to get so many fruits. She was eating apples, red bell peppers… Continue

I’d like to share with you my latest discovery – raw poo! yes I know it sounds a bit crazy but wait and see.
Why we should all eat raw poo[veggie beasts of course]:
1. it is raw! the body temp. is around 37 C therefore it is raw and healthy.
2. animals do it in… Continue

My little Tonkinese beauty, Pawpaw, had been missing since Sunday night. Today I found out that she was run over that night, less than two hours after we last saw her and just across from our house. We are absolutely devastated because she was our little sunshine and brought so much love and happiness into our life.
We have another cat, Smegal, and he is quite confused, I think. He helped us search for her and… Continue

I met my ex-bf the other day (we're still good friends) for the first time since I went LFRV
He's (cooked) vegan although he likes eating cakes in cafes.. so that's not strictly being vegan..but he eats only fruit for breakfast, and inspired me to do the same and for me to go vegan-flexitarian as well.. which made my eczema more tolerable.
He has been having asthma pretty much all his life and when he heard about my eczema being gone by doing LFRV, he started…
Because it's as EZ as Pie. STP was an oil treatment. Then the letters were the representation of a common era Rock band. They changed their name to Stone Temple Pilots, probably because nobody had the GUTS to go to the temple. Just 60% deficient in vitamin D is still no comparison to the lack of
the essential fatty acids in humans which is a whopping 85%. But I can't
say I have the time or inclination to say that vitamin D deficiency is a
problem with me anymore, since I can't… Continue
I was so down yesterday. It started out kind of melancholic and then I had a raw gourmet Thanksgiving, and maybe it was the high fat, but my emotions went a little haywire last night. I was feeling really unmotivated to work and overwhelmed by the amount of work that I had. I wanted to just disappear.
I did a really great yoga session last night before bed, and i immediately started feeling better. This morning things started to flow again. I started cleaning, and moving things around… Continue

Today: 5'7"/ 145 Feeling pretty good...BUT I had a major slip-up last week on Thanksgiving...and the day before...and a couple days after! So the residual effects of the non-optimal food, caffeine, etc are still somewhat with me. As is 1.5 pounds that I gained back...
I'm feeling really pumped about getting in shape for… Continue

In all honesty, I never got into 811 for the sake of animals and the planet. I never thought about how great fruit would be as a meal long term. I never thought I would now be on 811 for all of those reasons, but I am..I could actually say more so than the original reason which was to lose a few lbs. I am on a path that is attracting me towards more consciousness. I am not sure how it happened, but I do know the more I stay connected to raw vegans and read and watch more and more data and… Continue
Hi I have been thinking how nice it would be to meet up with other 811people and be able to just enjoy each others company without having to explain why I only eat fruit and salad etc!! Then this morning I saw someone had written something similar on another forum so I thought I would add it to this one.
So.... if you are loving your fruit and salad and live around the midlands, UK (I live in Bromsgrove) I would love to hear from you and maybe meet up.
I am restarting my 811rv lifestyle..., diet..., whatever this coming December. It shouldn't be a problem for me to get through the month as my family don't celebrate pagan holidays... Christmas included.
I am currently in Ecuador, so finding fresh, local fruit is super easy and affordable. So I totally have no excuse.
A friend of mine is joining me for the challenge! I'm excited and I can hardly wait to eat all of God's yummy fruit.
I saw a few posts recently that people have made mentioning cosmology, and since this is a passion of mine...
I have always been so interested in all things cosmological/astrophysical since as far back as I can remember. I always wanted to be a cosmologist, until, that is, I began to see more of the truth about it.
We have learned a lot, as a humanity, in the past centuries - but it's
also true that we have attached to many ideas and progress is much
slower than… Continue
I'm giving him ample space to say that a Fruitarian who eats 5 young coconuts a day in the cold Canadian climate along with 40 grams of hemp hearts is bound to fail. I'm a successful failure. What gives? I thank MY lucky stars everyday. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=SMwZsFKIXa8 I can't afford to live a LFRV811 lifestyle. I don't work for a system of beliefs that will support another system that has no reverence for LIFE. The web… Continue

What stood out to me the most was at the end when Carl really drove home the fact that humans have only inhabited this earth for an unimaginably short time. It really got me thinking...if in this short period of time, humans have gotten this far (100… Continue
