More Grapes!
LOVING the black grapes, and bought about 5-6 pounds of them today! mmmmm! They are SO much better than white or red grapes, in my opinion! SO juicy and SWEET!!!!!!

Grapes!
I am totally loving black grapes for breakfast! So sweet and juicy! I had a pound for breakfast today but will try to increase that to 1.5 pounds next time.
Then, I brought a huge smoothie to work with me today: 3 bananas, 1 pound of mangoes, 1/2 pound pineapples. So good!

Good lord I need to count calories!
Man this sucks! When I don't count calories, I under-eat! No wonder I craved (and ate) cooked potato today, I only had about 700-1000 calories for breakfast and lunch combined!
Hate counting calories because it reminds me of my ED days =( and I still get a little scared feeling when the numbers go above 1500. But then I remember that I know better and I won't get fat eating fruit. I can be idiotic and under-eat and crash eventually, or I can be smart and carb myself…

Potatoes = fatigue!
Chain reaction!
Not enough fruit = cravings for cooked food = eating potatoes = FATIGUE!
Oh man I could go to sleep right now, and it's the middle of the afternoon.
There's the lesson.
Going to make a giant banana/spinach smoothie in a couple of hours when the potatoes have digested.
