Day 9- Flight home

Ughhh wish I didn't eat all that oil last night! First of all, I got my period today, and a part of my thinks that it came on because of my change in diet yesterday (I don't really know if that can affect your cycle though). The good news is that I made it through the day without a single cramp! And that is a huge deal for me, because I have been on birth control for the past 4 years to try to alleviate my pms pain.

Day 8- NYC!

Hello hello!

Well, I broke down and weighed myself today. I do not own a scale, but my parents have one at their house and I was really interested to see how much I weighed. Just as some background- Over the winter I got to my heaviest at 160, and before that when I was on the HCG diet I got down to 140 and that was the best I've looked in my life. Day 6 Raising the bar

I worked overnight! And I am pooped! At any rate, I have decided to raise the bar a little bit. I have eaten enough raw foods and long enough to know how I feel when I am raw and when I am not. ouchie! need advice for sundamage <3

Got a ridiculous burn all over my backside today and don't have aloe! lol

Any advice at all? I don't use chemmy sunscreen bc of the fact that I think that it intensifies the issue, and went out to the beach with the intention of getting some color, but this is a bit excessive . . .  

How long do these things usually sting for? And is there something I can do to speed up the healing process?  Thanks for reading. Hope to hear good stuff soon. <3

What Am I Doing Wrong?!

I have so much faith in this diet and I will never, ever stop eating this way. It's not an option for me, as I have never felt as good about what goes into my body ever!! I'm just really disappointed and confused because I haven't lost any weight on this diet... but gained. I've gained fifteen pounds, and these fifteen pounds do not look good on me!! Awesome house in the south bay

hey all

i'm reporting from santa clara, ca staying with 7-10ish other vegans in a big house.

a few people are mostly raw (in the fruit direction) lots of music and fun  and super low-no rent depending on your situation

the house is seeking a female to rent a room (currently there are around 5 guys and 3 girls).

the price will probably be around 440 for a room

Day 7- Kickbutt Run!

Woke up this morning, had a big cup of OJ- then went on a run! I went with my friend Alison, and we did the same 4.5 miles that I did yesterday. It was awesome- we were averaging 11 min/mile, which for me is really good, and we sprinted up hills. I ran the last 2 miles barefoot too, which always feels awesome. Now I need to make sure that I get in more calories today. I probably should shoot for 2500-3000 calories today.
