Day 4 - High and happy!
It seems almost miraculous how good I feel on this diet! My mood and energy levels have especially improved. For the first time in my life, I feel totally alive - the way I always should and could have felt, had I followed 80/10/10 from the very start. Day 3 - Feeling fantastic!
I've noticed a radical difference in my energy level and mood since going 100% LFRV - it is blowing my mind how good I feel! I didn't have any hypoglycemic reactions either, so I think my problem with low blood sugar during the first two days was mainly a result of detoxing (getting all the fat/wheat/sugar out of my system). I've been prancing around, whistling and singing away - so much energy, and feeling so happy!

Day 8 Overt free - Starting to love my body
Hey y'all!
I completed my 8th day with no overts yesterday. I'm seriously loving this! Clear skin (wooo!), absolutely no body odour and more energy (didn't think that was possible!)

Day 2
Day 2 was a success! I had two blood sugar crashes, but ate more bananas to bring it back up, and felt great the rest of the day. Plus, my mother said, "That looks like a nice salad!" this evening, instead of being critical about my dietary intake. I am feeling very encouraged and hopeful:)
