Day 195 of the Fruit Feast. Deuteronomy 20:19 ....for the tree of the field is man's life..
i am finding this Bible truth to be more & more real in my own experience. Both now and in times past whenever Fruit has been the predominant food in my Continue
life, my energy level and spiritual clarity reach all-time highs. Such
is the case now as i am experiencing power surges in my own person. The
question mark for me is, how will my muscles react over the…

I know i'm being impatient and time will heal. About a month ago and along with being
diagnosed with candida i got my allergy test back confirming that i was
allergic to peaches, pears, blueberries, cranberries, pineapple, and
BANANAS! I'm on day 9 of the 811rv and although i'm feeling extremely
happy and optimistic i can't seem to control my bowls. I keep going!
Which is making me second guess bananas. If i really am allergic to
bananas what am i going to do?! I… Continue

As I sit here I realize how ridiculous and funny my transition to raw foods is becoming. I was having strong cravings for cooked noodles today, so I had some. But now all I can think about is wishing that my stomach was empty so I can down a 10 banana smoothie LOL!!

I haven't been completely 80 10 10 the last 3 days. I don't however feel discouraged. I had a couple bowls of quinoa noodles with a ton of veggies and sprouts today but I find that my salt cravings are going away. I use to eat alot of seaweed and use lots of sea salt while I eat things like this. But tonight, I almost forgot I had it when it was right next to me. I feel very good about this.

Yesterday i cant explain. I think i got into my head too much and made myself depressed. Today i woke up with a sinus headache. Still have a bloated belly and keep going to the bathroom. I am a lot happier than i was a week ago. Sometimes i feel like a manic depressant! One minute i'm high off life and then the next minute i'm just blah. I worked out yesterday and today i woke up sore all over! and i'm an athlete! So strange. I guess my body is still 'detoxing' ? or 'healing'? I'm really… Continue

It seems almost miraculous how good I feel on this diet! My mood and energy levels have especially improved. For the first time in my life, I feel totally alive - the way I always should and could have felt, had I followed 80/10/10 from the very start. It's saddening how most of the human population is suffering and dying needlessly when they could be thriving physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually simply by changing the way they eat!
I experienced a strange,… Continue

Completed day 9 yesterday of overt free living. Of course you know by now that I love it! But I think it's worth mentioning over and over and over again because it's just that good :)
I've been biking to and from town since Ryan and I moved into our new place about a month ago. It's out in nature, and around 9km round trip into and back out of town. It's an uphill ride, so the intensity is pretty good. Yesterday I cranked up one of my favourite latin… Continue

Is it true that pesticides contain hormones to render the pest infertile?
Has this led to increasing rates of infertility in humans? If not does anyone know the specific effects on humans?
I know that organic is definitely the way to go eventhough I'm not exactly sure what impact pesticides have on humans. I know that introducing foreign hormones is anything but natural. Just curious, and it will help me to not even second guess if it is worth paying the price for organic… Continue

This morning I had my gums sliced open to reveal the implants and cap them.
It was not pleasant.
It looks like hell.
But Mr. Dentist is amazed at my progress. They treat me very nicely. I'm turning into a success story for them.
And I'm helping them pay the rent....
I'm suppose to do antibiotics before any treatment. But I don't. I don't like the side effects.
I dont eat the diet they "prescribed" (You will need to eat soft foods, like… Continue

Today so far I have had the coffee.
7 cantalope = 862 calories
10 bananas = 1000 calories
3 cups blueberries = 253 calories
So about 2100 calories and it is 4:43 pm
I have stuff for a decent salad (iceberg, grape tomatos, celery)
I also have stuff for more banana and blueberry smoothie
I am very full right now and am afraid of dinner time. I think my family… Continue

I've noticed a radical difference in my energy level and mood since going 100% LFRV - it is blowing my mind how good I feel! I didn't have any hypoglycemic reactions either, so I think my problem with low blood sugar during the first two days was mainly a result of detoxing (getting all the fat/wheat/sugar out of my system). I've been prancing around, whistling and singing away - so much energy, and feeling so happy!
The only negative right now is others' reactions to my… Continue

no fat. no salt. no nothing but, fruit, fruit, fruit and more fruit.
Today is the first day I feel really good. I am happy, chipper and having good thoughts. I am usually sluggish, slow with a tip bit of grumpy. ahahaha
Well, I hope 80/10/10 brings me more of these good vibes.
love you you all,

I completed my 8th day with no overts yesterday. I'm seriously loving this! Clear skin (wooo!), absolutely no body odour and more energy (didn't think that was possible!)
I'm starting to love my body now. I felt heavier eating overt fats. Even though i'm consuming more calories now, I feel lighter and more energetic. My body is starting to settle with 9/5/5. I've never felt so comfortable with myself! In the past I had to struggle, restricting calories to be… Continue

So I woke up about 11 am........I sleep in on my weekends as I normally have to wake up at 5 am.....
I just applied for job and surfed the net a little, had fun with wife......
then ate a water melon (~1000 calories)
That filled me up for a while. Around 3:30 pm The wife began complaining of hunger. We both had only eaten 1000 calories.....She started talking about all kinds of food she would like to eat, we got in an argument because… Continue

Day 2 was a success! I had two blood sugar crashes, but ate more bananas to bring it back up, and felt great the rest of the day. Plus, my mother said, "That looks like a nice salad!" this evening, instead of being critical about my dietary intake. I am feeling very encouraged and hopeful:)
9:30am 4 bananas, 4 cups spinach, 1 cup mango
12pm low blood sugar
12:30pm 3 bananas, 2 c spinach, 1/2 cup mango
2:45 low blood sugar
3pm 4 bananas (felt… Continue
