Today, I thought it'd be a great idea to go from my 50 mile route and upgrade to a 100 mile route, but apparently the trail went ~20 miles further than I thought. When I got to the 60 mile halfway point, I turned around, and it started raining a half mile into my ride back. And it kept raining. The whole way back. So today I faced the beast, walked a bit to stop the growing upset panicked feeling I had when I felt they were back and grabbed some raisins.

Woke up this morning and decided on a watermelon. Ate half, waited an hour and then ate the rest. Boy, it sure digests fast. Can't wait until my body catches up on the healing. I'm excited about feeling like a human again!

Hellllooo. So I'm back on 30bad and the 80/10/10 wagon. The diet is much more do-able for me since last time I was doing it, and lasted 6 months I was in Saskatchewan in mid winter. I'm now in Vancouver and there are so many produce stores I feel like I am in wonderland haha. I've finished 1 month 80/10/10. Hi Everyone, I'm new to the LFRV lifestyle, since one week I've been doing my best, but it's not been 100% raw. The first 3 days I did wel, even though I did get tired, but I didn't eat anything else but bananas (smoothies), which makes me happy. I've been finding it very difficult to stay 100% Low-Fat Raw Vegan. I really need to keep more varieties of fruit in the house. I love Bananas and oranges but it's rough just starting out! So I'm still eating cooked veggies and grains. Which is still hard to do while living in a house with an avid meat eater.
