BEDA: April 3rd
Today has been a lazy day for me and I have been really tired today. I got up but didn’t go for my run :( I did, however, spend my morning reading some more of John Green’s Paper Towns. Then I went through my closet with my friend Jessica in an attempt to find a dress for a wedding we are going to on April 16th. After a battle with clothing... I had some lunch with Mark then I came home to watch some Doctor Who. …

Helloo! My name is David and I'm 16.
*If you're too lazy to read at least check how to deal with garbage* (down)
Around 3 months ago
I were smoking weed everyday for about 2 years, drinking alcohol and experimenting with artificual drugs.
When it comes to food I couldn't imagine life without meat and I strongly disagree with my vegetarian friends opinion about meat . I ate extremely fast and meals were REALLY big.
It wasn't a bad life but…

LIFE Is A Funny Thing
Funny how they keep us dependent on the numbers. And 0$ is the funniest one yet. When I was at Tri-State University I was studying in a dorm, eating cafeteria food, running for the track team, living for that chance to betterment. Progressively the most horrible six months of my adult life looking back now. But I knew nothing about the concept of raw way back then. How can we be born so dependent into a loving and caring family to take responsibility of us when we are born? I mean when…

One of the reasons I really love 811RV is that I don't have to cook. Honestly, I spend about 30 minutes a day in the kitchen these days and I'm not complaining.
One of my favorite pastimes is writing my blog - Ordinary Abundance. A lot of my readers are very fascinated with the 811RV lifestyle and I've done various posts about it, even listing what I ate in a day, etc.
Now one of my readers has asked me to do a post…

BEDA: April 1st
Hello all :D
I am going to attempt BEDA. I’ve been really lazy with my blogging so I decided that this would be a good thing to get me back into the swing of it again. Weather or not people follow my blogging really isn’t a bug deal to me. I like to write how things are going and how I am feeling just…

I've been on the lfrv path for over 20 months now, and due to budgetary constraints have only been eating conventional produce this whole time... I've known about the organic wholesaler Better Life Produce in Los Angeles for over a year now but have never gotten around to ordering from them because they are 60 miles away from home and it's a hard call for me because I already commute hundreds of miles during the week for work..
Well I've finally placed my first order with them…

Dietary Path
This is a Dietary Path that we are walking on and some people on the path are not as far as we are and some are farther than us. It is imperative that each individual determine where they are on this path so they can make the next step along the path towards the goal that is before them. It is unwise to try to leap further along the path before making the steps that are right in front of you. we must learn from each step of the way, you cant get into 12th grade without completing the…

Calories from the Carbs of Liquid
So i feel i have successfully transitioned to a Fruitarian diet. I no longer eat nut butter for fat, and besides eating mostly bananas for carbs, i eat an occasional salad with avocado. However i do not plan on being fruitarian forever, because evolution is a natural process of life. I plan on moving even further beyond this path onto an even more pure path, and even further from that one, and so on into the light at the end of the tunnel, which is most likely inside of another…

DURIAN FRUIT : A TIGER'S CHOICE ?
According to legend (don’t ask me which), if a tiger had the choice between eating a human being and a durian, he would go for the durian anytime !
Now, whilst I am personally unwilling to put this legend to the test (one never knows !), I believe it certainly helps to understand why, in Asia, the durian is revered as the King of Fruit, and why it occupies such a space of its own in the Fruit Kingdom.
Certainly, before I tried it for myself a few days ago, I had never…

My SAD eating husband just read The China Study and here are the results!
For anyone out there that has a partner that is a huge meat/dairy eater, don't give up hope! My husband was the kind that used to take pride in eating meat because he was a man and that's what they're "supposed" to do. He also developed a dairy intolerance and every time after eating the smallest bit of milk or cheese, he would cough for the rest of the night, however, he still refused to give it up.
I've had the China Study for years and have mentioned to him that he might…
