Monday-- Yep, it was a Monday
The good news-- 2218 cal. The bad news-- 25% fat-- mostly from cookies. I did really great with eating a nice big breakfast smoothie of bananas and dates (with the ribs from kale thrown in). Ate more dates as snacks. Enjoyed a super yummy green salad with the same tahini-agave dressing as yesterday. Walked the dogs and came home wanting to eat everything in sight. Instead of taking a moment to make another smoothie, I ate cookies. Sigh. Now another three or four days to get that…

Daily 811 "diary"
It has been a week + since I posted due to home rennovations! We are pretty much done. Thank God! Anyways, I am proud of my self today. I stuck to the plan, and felt satisfied. No cravings! I am surprised because I am currently on my period!

feeling so great :)
yesterday i ate many delicious things including a few huge banana smoothies, a giant amazing salad, and some quinoa/steamed vegetables for dinner.
i felt "bad" for eating the cooked food, and then realized that feeling was super silly. compared with how i used to eat, quinoa and steamed vegetebles are so healthy and i love where i am at with the amount of raw low fat high carb foods im eating. woo hoo!

HELP!!!
I am finding it really hard to eat enough fruit! Been doing fruit for about 2 and 1/2 weeks now.. 4 bananas is still my max, now they are starting to make me screw up my nose, as are the dates.. Today I did 10 dates blended with some cinnamon to cut the sweetness and that did help.. Sunday
Another good day. Calories: 1915, with 14.3% fat. Weight holding around 160. My scales disagree about my bodyfat, but it's somewhere in the 34-37% range. That is actually good, because it means my lean mass is pretty much where I want it to be and I can hopefully lose just fat! I'm so so so proud of myself!
This morning I woke up at about 9 AM (it's Sunday, so having the entire day free!) after having slept a good 11 hours! It felt amazing and I just lay in bed really enjoying the feeling of being there, in my bed, not having to do anything in particular. Saturday
Today was a decent day! The only thing I didn't quite get right was the coffee, but I have a feeling coffee will get less interesting as time goes by. Calorie intake 2153 with 14% fat (1/2 avocado.)

2nd Day!
