i eat yoghurt!!!!!!!!!!!! (dairy) :(
ok i've been so good on the hcrv lifestyle but i have one guilty pleasure.. yoghurt
i know im not technically a vegan now but i don't see the harm in eating low fat greek yoghurt?
i checked the nutritional info and it contains high carb and protein and very low in fat. whats wrong with it? i know you vegans will come up with a conclusion as to how its bad for your health. please persuade me out of this youghurt eating nonsense, thanks x

Love drawing and raw foods - my new Youtube channel for kids!
I give drawing lessons to kids and I just started my Youtube channel in which I'll be posting videos in which I draw, so that kids can follow me and learn to draw... BUT... there is a catch! :))))
In each video I have a snack. In this very first video my snack is spinach and I say in by-the-way-manner that green foods = strong bones.
So. my idea is : fun videos in which kids learn how to draw + indirect tips on raw foods.
I really hope u gonna like this very…

LFRV FOR LIFE! Day 16
Going well!
- Still hitting the bananas really hard.
- Most days I go with no overt fats.
- A few days since I started I was undercarbed and probably had a little over 10% for the day, but still under 10% fat for the week.
- Finding that getting 2800 - 3000 cals of fruit makes life a whole lot EASIER, gives me lots more energy (emotional and physical), and just makes me happy!
- My challenge - getting enough calories during the weekend when I am…

So excited and "post-nervous" for exam!
Ok, first off: I'm flying away on sunday! I don't think too much about it. just a little excited and maybe nervous about the flights and big airports. I have the stress-related "see no signs"-syndrome, haha :D Soo.. If I just take it easy I guess everything will be fine :):)
But now to the most exciting: We finally got our test results back, and I got a 5 ( of a 3-5 scale, 5 is the highest), which means I DID pass! And now I'm getting nervous over what could have happened.…

Inspired to go HCRV for 30 days!
After listening to Harley and Freelea talk about their raw food success stories, I've decided to try HCRV for 30 days beginning Apr 1, 2012. I received my copy of 80-10-10 a few days ago and will be reading it as well as getting a physical with labs for a baseline in the next week. I'll be documenting my daily experience here on 30BAD.

Our deepest fear is not that we are inadequate. Our deepest fear is that we are powerful beyond measure. It is our light, not our darkness that most frightens us. Your playing small does not serve the world. There is nothing enlightened about shrinking so that other people wont feel insecure around you. We are all meant to shine as children do. Its not just in some of us, it is in everyone. And as we let our own light shine, we unconsciously give other people permission to do the same. As we…

Energy drop
I see everyone here's so thriving and energetic and I supposed I should feel the same way. On the contrary, I get so powerless, drained, moody and apathetic. I don't feel like doing anything. My passion's faded.
I believe a person is a wholesome system - body and mind are inextricably bonded and exchange some energy and influence one another's state. And I cannot explain why I'm not all vivid and joyful when there's a little reason not to be.
I thought when I pour myself with…
