We have a box of 150 bananas. Unripe. Hawaiian papayas. Not fully ripe. 4 Kiwis, 2 bags of sour tangerines, and 2 little plastic boxes of strawberries.
I can see how that kinda seems like a lot. At least to my mom who got insulted when today I mentioned not having food/needing to go to the store. But if she stopped munching on cooked things throughout the day she would understand that it's not enough.

Made it to 2150 with lots of bananas and dates! My collection of bananas is getting nicely ripe, so it's time to go to the store and stock up on more.
I can't tell for sure, but I think my skin is looking more hydrated. My face is definitely not as dry as usual.
Tomorrow might be a bit of a challenge, since I will be out all day and have a dance workshop in the evening.
It is funny how as I soon as I started to really make sure that I never restricted my calories, always reaching for low fat carbs when hunger hits, I notice everywhere else, that people around me are severely undercarbed!!

It is currently lent -- what a great time to buckle down and achieve what I want. Essentially, I want to eliminate cooked food except for unsweet almond milk. Which I will start making from scratch when I get the chance. There are approximately 30 or so days until Easter. I am going to use this time to re - commit and continue daily meditations.
I have some vegan products, which I am going to place in the freezer. I hate to waste. Perhaps I will never need them again!

Yup, I will come forward and admit it...I am a prepper, not the gun toting, wearing camo prepper from tv, just a regular rainy day prepper. one week into my new lifestyle and I am 2 inches smaller at the waist, I don't own a scale so not sure how much weight I have lost, but my clothes have taken on the slightly baggy look. YAY! Looking forward to buying more bananas today!
Of course, by diet I mean a change in eating habits. Still getting cravings and very much finding it easy to eat 3000cal of fruit per day. Full up with oranges, pineapples, bananas (10 is easy) apples and dates....a bit worried that my bloodsugars are going crazy and I am craving more and more fruit!! It all gets calmed down by avocado on raw salad...anyone know a way out of this? Yes I am a very active person, digging the vege garden and running around after kids are my fav passtimes. Help me someone!!

It wasn't supernatural like a drunky feeling. I think being drunk is a cloudy high versus what I felt today. Today I felt happiness from clarity! It sounds dull and sober but it was like I could see everyhting realistically and it was a happy reality!
Just two days of doing really well, toughening up and not cheating and I feel so great. Honestly in all my time of "transitioning" to raw I haven't felt that way. It was like the answer I needed.

I'm not going to make this blog be all about the times I've "slipped" and eaten cooked food, partly because I vowed a long time ago not to have that kind of relationship with food. I really want to thank everyone who offered me advice as well as everyone who ordered from me/donated to me... I went on my first unstressful grocery trip in 2 months this evening. I am so, super happy now. I got lots of strawberries and citrus and cucumbers! My daughter was so, so happy to have "alot of fruit". Even my mom is asking me to make her smoothies!
