today i just made sure to eat all day! i made two big smoothies to take to school, one that was bananas, dates and oranges (yummy!) and other that was apples and kale. i just made sure to keep drinking these all through class, and didn't even finish till i got home. now i'm munching on a big bowl of cucumbers and bell peppers (great study food!) and later i'm going to treat myself to some banana-strawberry pudding. no fat cravings all day! maybe i can do this :-)

If I miss typing my blog post in the morning, it's hard for me to remember what I did. So this one will be short and sweet.
I had a bit better sleep. Remarkable what better eating will do, right? I got up at 8 a.m. I intended to work out right away, but I got some work calls and nursed the little guy a lot and before I knew it, it was 11 a.m.

Hey here I am again at the end of another day! I feel so much better today...my face doesn't look puffy and I feel heaps happier. Yay raw!! So glad to be back!

i am having such trouble getting to 2500 calories. is that really what i'm supposed to eat? what if i don't work out for the day (sometimes i'm stuck at school all day) i read that the average person burns about 2200 calories just living, so how am i supposed to lose weight eating 2500 calories? it just doesn't add up to me. i'm so used to eating 1300 or 1500. i couldn't get myself past 1670 today (which is way high for me) I know you guys are probably gonna tell me this is silly talk, but…Continue
