I grew up in upstate New York and spent many years in France, also. I am familiar with many diets and have started to consider seriously 801010 and have been doing the rounds on youtube and the websites of a few of your members! I have been a spy on your site for a while and am now keen to be a member- although at this stage I am still gleaning info and inspiration from you guys!

My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....: Picking my favourite book/movie/author would be like deciding which of my own children to throw overboard!! There are so many. I am a massive world cinema buff and also tend to go for fiction and international authors..

My hobbies include cycling long distances - from London to the seaside, in various directions..
I also like to make smoothies for people.. colleagues/flatmates (mwa ha ha!!!)

I am here over 5 years and WANT to move to Portugal/Spain.

Book is my the only way to express my disappointment. Writing complaining letters helps to get rid of the frustration but I believe bad people should feel uncomfortable when they make others feel like s**t
