Its October 7 2012, and I am vowing to face toward and never look back at my eating disorder again. I want you all to bare witness to this, and see first hand a miracle in the making. For weeks now Ive been doing researd ch preparing myself for this and I am ready to take my life back and never fall pray to the anorexic and bulimic voices in my head. things have been good. I missed exercise for the past 2 days, but I did my usually 4 mile jog and had 2 mango and two large punnets of blueberries. thanks for all the comments, I wish I had more time to spend on here catching up with you guys. I really miss you, just to let you know. xoxo

I feel kind of sad today, but mostly grateful, and determined.

I woke up today and drank 2 pints of fresh watermelon juice in a bid to start again. But I was out with a friend and stupidly didn't eat a salad because of the oil etc.. and I just want to keep my food simple for a few days. Then I fell off the wagon again. Not good.
