I have been a vegan for about 8 years, and I've been interested in LFRV for a few months since I've heard about it. I struggled with a raw diet for a while because I wasn't getting enough calories and I was eating too many nuts. I only recently stumbled across the Durianriders videos on YouTube. That's how I found 30BaD, and a group of people who take the 80-10-10 method seriously.
What is your gender? PLEASE NOTE: To enhance the community experience, profile pics of yourself are *REQUIRED* to gain membership. Membership will be declined otherwise.

Please tell us about your dietary inclinations:
I'm HCRV already
Reading "The 80-10-10 Diet" by Dr Doug Graham is vital for succeeding on this lifestyle. Please acquire this book as soon as possible.
I will read the book again!!
Are you Connected?
yes i am
My favourite books/movies/authors/pastimes are....
I love to run and do bikram (baptiste) yoga. I also love to weight lift and swim. I've just started swimming really, but I like it a lot.

I was an English major at University, and I love to tell stories to my kids. Other than telling stories, I try to avoid books and spend most of my quiet time painting with my kiddos.
