I am in an online group of really lovely ladies. We came together for one reason or another and have similar views on parenting and some other topics. It's a great support group, but lately it's driving me crazy because the feed is full of questions about how to lose some weight, etc.. (Most of the ladies are overweight!) Cronometer- exercise?

Hi everyone. I've been using cronometer for the past few days to get a rough estimate of how many calories I'm eating, and have found it to be quite helpful. (I'm too lazy to weigh my meals/ingredients and don't have a proper food scale anyway, so I'm just guesstimating portions.) However, I'm sort of lost when it comes to punching in my exercise.
