Hi,

I was just wondering if anyonre on here actually thinks that they now look younger since goin HCRV?? I have not yet gone full HCRV but i think i look a bit younger since going vegan, or maybe i'm just imagining it. ALSO any advice on preventing hair thinning in men; my bro's not a raw vegan but as he's obsessed that his hair is thinning i may be able to convince him if there are any links to HCRV. Thanks :)
