hi ,im looking for a healthy life ,im win 65 pounds sense i come to unites estates ,i do not eat fast food but im not strong as i need o by ,is not make me happy at all ,i was vegetarian wen i med him ,and then i got pregnant and stared to eat bad again this are the results ,hipotyroidism and water retention varices and a lot of bad feelings ,i need some people to cheer me to do this the depression is killing me and nobody can do nothing only me and i feel week about do this ,i do not wont to look as a victim ,i just need people undestand what im talking about ,best wishes for all thanks

i am so sorry to hear about your pain!! There is no way I could be with some1 who isn't 811...well not in the begining which is where i am...you have a beautiful baby which is a wonderful gift that the 2 of you have given the world...thank you for that :-)
feel free to write me any time. I know about depression and i know that when i eat right it magically goes away!!!

Go straight to Chronometer to start tracking your calories (10 times your weight in kilos times 4 for calories, add more for activity, 2500 minimum for women)  and fat intake, (less than 10% of calories).
