Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. Detailed responses will only be accepted (feel free to reapply with more detail if at first not approved as a member). We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: i started out getting vegetarian first because of the cruelty to the animals, then a little later i got vegan out of heal reasons (milk = poison number 1) later i also saw the absolute cruelty in every animal product. however went vegan and it was hard at the beginning, because i had pretty much no clue what to eat and was very much addicted to animal products, but i knew it was the absolute right and that it was just a trained behaviour as so much and that the natural way is vegan. also the internet helped a lot as it always does ;)
then after some studies through the internet and thinking a little i went to the common sense that the only natural way to eat is raw vegan. then i went off the heated crap and started to eat "just" raw. first i didn't really know what to eat again as before. so after trying a little around i came to the dates and some other dried fruits. didn't know dates until i was 18 or so :( from this time on i pretty much just ate the dried fruits and some nuts no greens at all. however from that i went to fresher fruits had some problems on the budget. now i got enough so i'm eating lots of fruits and some greens.
it is just amazing how much clarity comes from not eating s***. the food really created a mental growth and helped me to understand a lot more. one of the things i'm thinking about are the poor children who get deadly vaccines, meat and diary and other crap and they can not even decide. the whole system is just made to keep us down and ignorant, but hey rawfood keeps us awake healthy and growing in any matter to reach our highest potential. we're all running and looking for a saviour and maybe ending out with david wolfe or someone worse, instead of educating ourselves and standing in our power.
so through the internet i found out about dr's channel and freelee's channel and started watching. all being quite honest and real and really helping:)
so i thought maybe join 30 bananas a day get some information and maybe try to help others by learning more.

Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: i would like to have some help in starting running and building up for a halfmarathon or maybe a maraton, not that it would be a problem to run the 20 km, but to get a good time, but with the 42 km, it is a little different i guess, so i'd really love to get assistance in the training.
and does anyone know where to get durian in central europe?

hey my fruityfriends, i found a site, where u can get medjools dates for 118 euros for 10 kilos,

2 x 5 kilo boxes so no shipping cost to austria for me. :)
