juice old fruit

I made this juice this morning. Found a tomato in my fridge and decided to throw it in for good measure. After I juiced it I noticed it was bad. My juice has a lot of green in it and id hate to waste itI I just wanted to know if it was ok to drink bad fruit. Can it make you sick? I am assuming yes. This one guy I met was a vegan and he would juice old oranges and said its just as good for you. I think if the fruit is bad the nutrients are dying or dead. Can anyone help me out? We have already lost 100 lbs a piece. We have been juicing for a week already but still eating garbage every few days. I am pretty sure we have an addiction to fast foods. We need to stay motivated and keep away from these non sense foods! So I am hoping we can gain a lot of info and guidance from this site.

Hi! I am day four. I am so happy I did this. I am a newly wed. I was a vegetarian for 4 years. I made a choice to eat meat because I was not confident enough In my skin to handle pressure from others about my eating. Well my new husband of one month and I decided this was our cure.well now I have more support. Mymade a huge discovee husband and I have been watching our lives change already :)

Today is day 3. Last night we went to costco and stocked up. Keep in mind that when we first did this we were eating out out of our mini fridge. The other 2 normal fridges in our house were broken.. …
