form my name you may see this is the begenning of a new journey for me, i am 15 and have been suffering form anorixia for nearly 2 years during these 2 years i have been admitted to hospital and been struggling with gaining my weight back and maintaing it. i first saw freelee a few months ago and was amazed at how much she was eating. and then i herd her story of how she recovered through this lifestyle, when she explained that your brain needs the carbs and sugar to think staright to overcome all the negetive throughts, it kind of hit me then, why i have never been able to shut these negitive throughts out i may have been eating but not the right foods to heal my body .
