Many times in past I found myself getting lost in lists of tasks and over time have developed a technique how to accomplish a lot every day. It’s good to plan the day ahead, preferably a night before.
1. Brainstorming. Writing down everything that has to be done tomorrow. Sometimes even silly things like ‘cleaning the fridge’ or ‘buying paper for printer’ should go on the list, because although those things a not very important they do take time.
I have been vegetarian for almost two years, but many things haven’t been making sense and I went online to research.
