I am diabetic so high carb is most likely out but I am exploring going vegan.
30bad is a HCRV (high carb, raw vegan) internet community which promotes a high carb raw lifestyle free of any animal products. Our forum does not tolerate encouragement of anything contrary to HCRV. Nor do we allow endorsement of non-vegan items or practises which involve the imprisonment, exploitation, abuse or murder of sentient beings. If you are diabetic, you have come to the right place.  To put your fears to rest, you can plug in diabetes into our search bar and several testimonials of both type 1 and type 2 controlling, reversing, and or healing their symptoms with a low fat raw fruit and lettuce green based diet.  

The next two blog posts will introduce you to starches and what the different types of carbohydrates are.  Complex carbs and starchy foods like potatoes and grains are what  you need to avoid.
