A year of reading and trying it out like a year of putting my toe in cold water but now am in the deep end, it feels good. Nothing seems especially changed except the brain sees certain food as not food. Like the video where Freelea points out physical changes are slow. Still cannot imagine how people fall asleep early and get lots of it. I envy people being able to get that all important sleep.
It has been a week of raw. Tried for a year many times but found the transition too complicated. At a certain point if you are into this diet, the other stuff just falls away. Hope I'm not speaking too soon. A week is a cool start. Dropping oil and salt is intense.
Fruit people. We have an 8 month old girl and I am thrilled to feed her bananas, pear, date, papaya, kiwi. she also gets a variety of steamed vegetables often sweet potato, beet, carrot. My partner is not so interested in 80/10/10 and she thinks I may be doing something harmful sugar-wise by administering fruit frequently. What does one say to that? I'm thinking the sugar issue around refined sugar is completely different yes or ?
