mine is about the same (HIGH!)... i'd say i'm a little bit better about not being grumpy if i don't have sex for a couple days now.. so that's good.

it's not harmful if you are still ovulating.. which means you can still get pregnant. if you aren't ovulating that is bad.
I think it's fine as long as you don't get bored doing only yoga all of the time.

Interesting! I get frustrated with a lot of the winter fruits because they take forever to ripen (persimmon) or take forever to eat (pomegranite), but I do love to eat oranges. Now I want to experiment.

i would have to say, until you have committed to 811 entirely for a long enough period of time, you will likely still have to use methods of protection that are less than ideal.
