Hi. Attached below is a successful banana ripening experiment. i got this from a forum post from Nate, a USA citizen in atlanta LFRV group page. I tried this experiment and it makes adopting this lifestyle many times easier, as in the winter it gets very cold in many parts of the world. Bananas simply do not ripe. I always prefer ripe bananas as they are sweet. Spotty = ripe!
The instructions- just keep boxes under an electric blanket on "2" setting, and keep a woolen throw on…

Boris said… ooh, that would be greatly appreciated! Let me know when you do. I've been doing a lot of exercises but most of them have been for cardio and toning, not general fat burning. Yeah, I have all of that. No history of hair loss in my entire family yet mine started to fall out when I was 20. I heard it's the hormones from dairy which cause this to happen. I guess that's what I get for stealing some young veal's meals all those times =( Poor little thing... Regardless, thanks for the encouragement!

Boris said… Wise words. I've been vegan for a while, but my body fat is still 99% animal fat. Still have a ways to go before it's gone and I feel the real affects. So yeah, I should keep burning fat, and enjoying life in general, haha. Thanks :)
