We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: Always had a frustrated life since my childhood. I have got deep deep depression for at least 3 years. I stopped taking medication and stopped eating meat and dairy in mid June 2012. I'd like to stick to this good habit but I've been struggling so far as I probably don't take in enough calories.
