Our community would be delighted to know you better. Please tell us more about yourself and what brought you to 30BaD. We suggest you pick a name other than your own if you want to maintain anonymity.: I want to join to be part of a caring group who gives respect to this planet and the life that is here. I also want to be part of a group who rides bikes and thinks it is better for our planet to do so whenever possible-use less water down our drains --buy products with less packaging--use cloth bags--use lemons to clean your house and laundry--There are so many reasons for me. The last few weeks I have been discovering all these other people out there in this world who have my thoughts and wants for our planet and bodies--I have seen all these videos on youtube and I really want to be part of something bigger than myself having these same thoughts alone--All of this knowledge has taught me so much with the collaboration of these sites and I want to continue to be involved in LFRV lifestyle so I can contribute more to myself, my children, and to all people, animals, and the planet.

Let us know what HCRV assistance do you need?: I need assistance in finding low fat organic vegan recipes that my children will also love and be able to do for the rest of their lives and pass down to their children. I need assistance in finding a community, structure, or just support where I feel that what I am already doing is part of the norm-so I can flow in the right direction.
